a while back I ordered a canvas top for my 54 3 fold rag , when putting it on it appeared to be 2 inches short and I could never close my top . After having it on the car for approximately 9 months and not being able to close my top I finally removed it . I was going to California for The Classic 2009 and decided to take it with me so I could personally give it to the guys at Wolfsburg West to see if there was anything they could do . So at the OCTO show I went to the vendor booth and met with Tony of Wolfsburg West and discussed the issue , after talking with him it is possible that it may not have been short but installed improperly , nevertheless Tony said he could refund my money . I told Tony that I would rather have another top if possible and he said that would be fine and since I bought the Tan canvas top I have changed some things on my car and really wanted a black canvas now which Tony was willing to do . So 2 days went by and I have already received the tracking info from them with my new black canvas on the way . I have purchased many items from Wolfsburg West and definitely will do in the future , Thanks to the guys at Wolfsburg West and for anyone wanting to purchase from them I highly recommend you do without hesitation , Erick M.

I met these guys at their 1st open house and they are very cool and down to earth , since then I have purchased a few items from them , recently at the Phoenix 2009 BOR I met up with them again and they are still very cool people and seem to becoming one of the premier VW shops in AZ , way to go while keeping a good work ethic
